Standard Package Pricing

One time set up fee: $4500.00 (3 easy ways to pay + discounts)

  • $500 down and $500 for 8 months
  • Or $2050 down and $2000 due in 60 days ($450 discount)
  • Or $3850 paid in full at signing ($650 discount)
  • Down payment required before set up begins
  • Monthly maintenance fee must be paid in addition to the set-up fee

Monthly Maintenance Fee Schedule:

  • Monthly maintenance includes the weekly data updates listed above, server hosting, and technical support.
  • Fees are based on Active employees in database on the last day of the month.
  • 0-200 Active employees $60 per month flat fee.
  • 201- 3000 Active Employees .01 per day, per employee
  • 3001 - 5000 Active Employees add 1/2 cent per day, per employee.
  • 5001 - 10000 Active Employees add 1/4 cent per, day per employee.
  • Additional Document space over 15 Mbytes: add $1.50 per Mbyte/month
