Employer Organizations using the StaffData online
service are able to provide benefit information,
transfer time sheets, download documents, access
personnel data, and more via the internet. The data
that is accessible can be customized for each PEO.
A work site can download a document to any computer
with internet access for review, storage, update,
and printing. Work sites can access personnel information
that is secured by means of a password.

Lenmark Communications is an Internet Software Development
Company owning and reselling several industry specific
web site services. Additionally, Lenmark offers web
development, hosting, and advertising services to
businesses.
Development of the first StaffData.com web portal
began in October of 1998, and was announced in October
of 1999 at the NAPEO Convention in New Orleans. Since
then, stategic alliances with partners has allowed
the portal to seamlessly integrate with more advanced
products and services than could possibly be developed
in-house within a short time frame. As a result, StaffData
currently holds a prestigous and coveted position
in the PEO market place for Online services.
StaffData
is now modular, providing better interactive capabilities
to Professional Employer Organizations. It is designed
to communicate valuable information via the internet,
including employee data, benefit provider links, benefit
enrollment, documentation, forms, time sheets, handbooks,
w2's, and more.
Recently,
StaffData has added to its online products a higher
level of capabilities through one if its strategic
partners. This latest HR module is fully administratable
by the PEO, allowing the PEO to set up benefit parameters
for online enrollment , to upload documents and
forms, to store employee information and get reports.
All HR functions can be entered via this interface,
and the system can be set up to upload the data
into your Payroll system (PayPlus, SLS, Darwin,
Summit, etc.) or to your Payroll provider (ADP,
Paychecks, etc.). The system contains its own online
database upon which HR reports may be generated.

System
Security
StaffData
has made data security a top priority. A subset
of information from the PEO employee database is
placed on secure SSL Servers. The use of these servers
makes it impossible for anyone to access the information
while in transit, since the data is encrypted. All
sensitive information is placed in non-internet
accessible areas on the server. This secondary online
database is completely isolated from your PEO payroll
database, and thus is it is impossible for anyone
to alter the PEO database from the internet.
Passwords are initially computer generated. There
are up to three levels of password security for
clients and employees, and one additional level
for PEO administration. Work site administrators
may distribute initial passwords to their employees,
freeing the PEO of that task.
