Standard Package Customization:

1. Colors may be changed and/or logo added to following Form pages:

Employee access

Client access

Timesheet access

Administrative/news page

Document access (optional page)

Employee login (optional page-links from PEO site)

Client login (optional page - links from PEO site)

2. XYZ company pages, One PEO slogan may be added to all company pages

Benefits may be shown that are specific to each client if desired.

Any links desired can be added to sections, but size of button must be constant.

Sections may be renamed as desired.

Sections that are empty need not be displayed.

Administrative link buttons can be customized, but size must be constant.

3. Client, Employee, Document, News Report pages

Logo or graphic can be added to top of page (size must be constant).

Color may be modified.

Data that is displayed on report may be anything that is provided in the datafiles.

Titles and report data names may be changed as desired.

4. Payroll Timesheet

Colors may be modified and logo added if desired.

Timesheet will be sent in HTML format WITHOUT import file attached.

Choice of two versions of timesheet is allowed (basic, enhanced).

Number of "New Hire" rows at bottom can be modified.

5. Two customized forms are included that may be 640 X 800 pixels size with CGI that reformats form data into an email that is automatically sent to an email address.

Note(s):

Color changes must be reasonable, and contrast adequate for display.

Text may be modified for clearer expression within reason.

HTML fonts may be changed, however geneva/helvetica/arial combination is highly recommended, since most Macs and PCs contain at least these fonts which look good on screen.

Font sizes can be modified within reason - note large fonts may wrap on some computer since HTML is NOT displayed the same on every computer screen.

StaffData Additional Customization Available:

Additional Entry Forms may be created with any color and size. 640 x 800 Pixels forms that are fairly simple are provided with automatic formatting into an email that is sent to email provided for $250 each.

Additional format changes (other than standard) to any Staffdata page is available by quotation.

Timesheet import files can be generated automatically and either attached to an auto-email or sent by FTP to a server priced by quotation.

Additional web pages (up to 640 by 800 pixels) may be added to the site at $95 per page plus cost of graphics and copy (unless graphics and copy are supplied by client).
