added an Employee Request form. The employee logs
in as usual, then fills in an online form. The data
within the form is subsequently extracted from the
form and automatically sent to your PEO via email.

We
now support Adobe online fill-in form technology.
We can create a form from any file and make areas
automatically fill-in from a database. We can also
convert areas on a form into fields that can be filled-in
by the user. Data is then extracted from the form
and submitted to the PEO via email. Alternatively,
the PEO can login and view or print any forms sent
